The LCYB Board of Directors has created a tryout and draft process that is designed to create as much fair and equitable play as possible.  As with all drafts, there are many challenges and requests to consider.  There are opportunities in the draft to honor as many requests as possible, but this has to be done in a fair and consistent manner.  Unfortunately, all requests may not be accommodated.  With that said, we are excited to have a new process that we feel will improve competition.  Please see the link below for the PDF link.
